inframes.com Announces Partnership with CTMS
New web-based "self service" help desk solution launched
Two Reading companies have begun a major new partnership to launch a web-based "self service" help desk solution called Companywide Support Automation which cuts the cost of customer service. Internet technology company inframes.com, whose clients include the BBC and Europe's largest internet TV company, Freedomland, has joined forces with Creative Technology Management Solutions (CTMS), a specialist IT consultancy, to develop an Automated Support Solution that can be used by anyone, across an organisation, familiar with the world wide web.
Companywide Support Automation cuts down the countless hours wasted every month on resolving simple issues which can add up to significant losses for an organisation, not to mention the customers who depend on it. Companywide Support Automation increases productivity by allowing customers and employees to find or request the answers to common questions themselves without picking up a telephone. Problems are resolved and vital documentation downloaded through a web browser window using award-winning customer support server technology already proven to reduce service desk calls up to 15 per cent.
The partnership of inframes.com and CTMS is a success story for Wired Berkshire, the network for small and medium sized IT companies in the region.
CTMS Sales & Marketing Director Mary Roy discovered inframes.com using the local business directory at wiredberkshire.co.uk and commissioned a new CTMS website, launched in January, which allows customers to test drive the Companywide Support Automation system for themselves.
