inframes.com ltd agrees to pay a referral fee to members of the public ('Partners') whose recommendation directly generates paid work for inframes.com under the following conditions.

1. Partners must contact inframes.com with a valid email address and/or telephone number in advance of any contact made between inframes.com and the potential client.
2. Referrals are accepted at the complete discretion of inframes.com ltd.
3. In the case of duplicate referrals, such as but not limited to the recommendation of one company as a potential client by two Partners, only the Partner who is first to contact inframes.com ltd will be considered eligible for a referral fee.
4. No payment will be made to the Partner until the client in question has paid in full.
5. inframes.com ltd does not guarantee to enter into any correspondence with Partners regarding referrals which have been unsuccessful for any reason.
6. Referral payments will be paid to Partners by cheque and sent by first class post at the earliest convenience of inframes.com ltd, subject to point 4.
7. This Partner programme is not a reseller programme. Partners are encourage to use the programme to inform ONLY their personal friends and colleagues about inframes.com ltd for mutual benefit. Partners are expressly forbidden to represent themselves as employees or in any way representatives of inframes.com ltd.
8. The use of mass email, telephone canvassing or any other marketing techniques which falsely identify the Partner as a representative of inframes.com ltd is forbidden.
9. Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in the Partner being removed from the programme and any pending referral fees immediately and permanently withdrawn.
